Description
Helping mom or dad “mow” the lawn is so much fun with the Fisher-Price Bubble Mower—now with more bubbles than ever! It looks like a lawnmower—roll it along and the motor spins. It sounds like a lawnmower too—but it blows lots and lots of bubbles. Learning to accomplish a “grownup” task like mowing the lawn nurtures self-confidence. Our granddaughter loved this from the first time she saw it. It has mowed quite a bit of Astro turf. The little bottle that of bubbles was not enough for the first outing. I bought 2 large bottles and now all is well . She does have to put a lot of pressure on it too get the bubbles out but she had no problems with this. This is a hit!It is not the best at blowing bubbles but our 2 year old grand daughter still like it. Definitely not a bubble machine if that is what you are looking for.Doesn't put out as many bubbles as video showedSuper cute and daughter was excited to get. Works well and no issues. Just find it funny that the bubbles that are supposed to come with it were missing.....guess this pandemic is so bad gotta take bubbles away from little ones and sell to make ends meet.Works perfect, lots of bubbles. Only critique is that the bubbles should come straight up because they only go to knee levelBought this for my daughter when she was 3 years old, so she could "mow the lawn" just like daddy. She also loves bubbles. She used it for about 3 months and then it just stopped working. My husband emptied out all the bubble juice and tried to figure out why it won't work, but it just won't release bubbles anymore. The bubbles don’t come out.I received this as a gift for my 17 Month old and it was a huge success! It was very easy to assemble, and my toddler loves to push it around outside and watch the bubbles come out. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you have extra bottles of bubbles around the house because it does go thru the solution quickly. My walking 15m boy old absolutely loves this. I could only get it on pink but he doesn’t mind. He played with it all day at a friends house so I bought the same hoping it would get as much enthusiasm at home and I can say that it gets played with every time we are in the garden. He has no problem pushing it fast enough to get the bubbles to come out. The back wheels do have to be down but again he hasn’t had any issues with that. The bubbles that come with it didn’t last too long with the heavy usage but big bottles for refilling aren’t expensive. Glad I bought it. One of the few toys that gets more than 30 seconds of action when it’s out.returned two other machines of a different make back because the quality of both was very poor. This Fisher Price machine was more substantial and of much better quality. It was delivered sooner than the time specified and was well packed. I was a little disappointed at the amount of bubbles produced at first, but realised that as the two year old got the hang of pushing it, the faster she went the more bubbles that were produced. Word of warning the one small tub of bubble mixture doesn't last long so do as i did and buy a separate 1 litre bottle to go with it.The bottle of bubbles was small as expected but reading instruction, states use only Fisher Price Bubbles, unable to find bottles of Fisher Price Bubbles on line . The bubbles are low when they leave the mower, Looking at the advertised mower's picture, I thought the bubbles came out the top, my mistake, as they are out the side, maybe I should have read the specifications.Appears sturdy enough, the toddler of less than 18 months managed to push and produce bubbles, although the bubbles soon ran out. for the price a little disappointing. Like a lot of things nowadays, it is made in China and appears to be made well, time will tell, once I find suitable bubbles for the mowerWe had an electric bubble mower already, but for some reason my son has his heart set in this one. The old mower we had was cheaper and awful, so I gave in and honestly, I wish he had this one from the start. It’s really well made which a lot out there aren’t. The handle can take some some throwing around too. The bubbles do come out the side, but they’ve worked well for us. Plus my son can top this up easily without needing help. All with the added bonus of no upset with batteries running out and me not being prepared. My grandchildren have greatly enjoyed playing with their Bubble Mower but if it is even slightly tipped (which happens when young children play) the bubble liquid pours out everywhere. This seems to be a rather large design fault.
