The first time I made this tea, I was disappointed. The bottom of my cup had residual powder and tasted almost grainy because it hadn't dissolved completely, however I thought the flavor was good. The next time I made this I ignored the instructions and mixed the water with the powder and THEN heated it in the microwave to dissolve the powder. This seemed to help tremendously, as I had almost no powder in my drink this time. Very good taro mix once you get it dissolved!
